All our items — including sweets, snacks, gift hampers, corporate gifting packs, and marriage saare kits — are made-to-order or specially curated, and hence we do not offer any return, refund, or cancellation options once an order is placed.

No Return / Refund / Replacement Policy:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any products after the order is confirmed and dispatched.

However, under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• If a major portion of the product is damaged, or

• If the entire product is spoiled or broken upon delivery,
  and it is proven with valid video or photo evidence taken while unboxing,
  we may review the case and offer a resolution at our discretion.

To be eligible for such review, you must:

• Send us a clear video recording while opening the package (unboxing),

• Submit this proof within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Please note:
Damages caused due to mishandling after delivery, improper storage, or delays in reporting will not be considered.
